Multiple courses will be served on 8/4/17 featuring Sandiwood produce along with other localvore ingredients to nourish and satisfy your palate.

Lee Kinsey, founder of Blackbird Bar Catering along with her crew of fully certified, highly experienced and super friendly beverage pioneers, will help you cultivate an exciting and delicious bar experience. First beverage complementary!

Dine in a unique one of a kind event greenhouse with produce growing in the parameter. Join others who want to enjoy a freshly harvested meal on the farm. Using the farms produce and other locally grown farm ingredients, a changing guest chef will prepare a truly localvore farm-to-plate experience that promises to be an exceptionally unique event you will savor for a long time.

Each dinner features an artistically created menu with copious amounts of farm fresh vegetables, herbs, fruits, meats, and flowers. Your evening starts with passed and stationary appetizers, complementary bar beverage, than seated for the many courses you are sure to remember and savor for a long time. With so much abundant produce, there are always vegetarian options and special dietary needs can be accommodated.
