Plants, Produce & Flowers

Sara and Bob have been growing diverse varieties of nutrient dense produce, herbs, and flowers for over 30 years on three acres of their beautiful hilltop land. With over 6,500 square feet of green house for seedlings, early and late season crops,  Sandiwood Farm reliably produces extended season greens and other crops. If you are in the area, feel free to stop by for produce, plants, flowers, maple syrup or our CBD products. Deliveries can also be arranged.

           2022 CSA

We are proud to provide healthy organic produce to our community and are grateful for the overwhelming support of our CSA. Now more than ever, people want to know where their food comes from and be a part of local food security.  We help make that connection.

Our CSA is a way for you to eat well & know where your food comes from, but you are also part of something bigger: a local economy rooted in organic practices that not only feed the community, but also take care of the land & environment.

 Spring, Summer & Fall CSA

In 2022 we are offering 3 seasonal CSA shares, Spring, Summer & Fall, The spring share will start in mid-May and is $225. You’ll receive more than a $28 a week value of a diverse array of early greens & produce for 8 weeks.

The summer share is 10 weeks and the fall share 9 weeks until Thanksgiving! However, our CSA is very flexible and can be paused, without losing your credits, restarted and customized with more products. We plan to grow the most popular crops, i.e. lettuce, radishes, greens, carrots, cucumbers, beets, squash, tomatoes, scallion, onion, garlic, herbs & more as well as offer other farms products too. You will receive Sara’s weekly email before each share with what will be included that week along with a link to extra items you can choose to add and their prices.  You will continue to receive at least the total weekly value of your share.

$30 in extra credits will be added to your account if you reserve for the full season before the end of Februrary 2022, $895.  You can still take weeks off and not lose any credits.

*Note: If you or someone you know could use help paying for our CSA, NOFA-VT has funds to provide a discount for income-qualifying applicants. Learn more about the program and apply here.
