We are proud to announce Chef Eric Besecker, he is excited to cook up freshly harvested farm produce and meats for you to savor.

Chef at multiple outlets at Stowe Mountain Resort including the Cliff House restaurant. Multiple Chef Instructor positions at New England Culinary Institute, Most recently Chef de Cuisine at Michaels on the Hill restaurant

Multiple courses will be served featuring Sandiwood produce along with other localvore ingredients to nourish and satisfy your palate.

Dinner features an artistically created menu with copious amounts of farm fresh vegetables, herbs, fruits, meats, and flowers. With so much abundant produce there are always vegetarian options and special dietary needs can be accommodated. Gratuity included.

Refund Policy

  • $50.00 refund if reservation is cancelled at least 3 weeks before the dinner,
  • $30.00 refund if reservation is cancelled 2 weeks prior
  • no refunds if cancelled a week prior to your reservation
  • if rescheduled due to weather and you can’t make the rain date,  $15.00 refunded, rescheduling will only happen if it is severe lightning and thunder storms. MAKE SURE YOU CAN MAKE THE FOUL WEATHER DATE!
  • switching dinner dates, $25.00 per person.
